  • 2 tbsp almond flour
  • 1 tbsp coconut flour
  • 1/2 tbsp coconut oil
  • 1 tbsp matcha tea
  • 1 tbsp pistachios
  • 1 large coconut sugar
  • 1/4 tsp bicarbonate
  • 3 tbsp coconut milk
  • 1 egg

  • 1 tbsp pistachios
  • 1 large coconut sugar
  • 1/4 tsp bicarbonate
  • 3 tbsp coconut milk
  • 1 egg
Matcha Tea Mug Cake
Instructions
  1. In a mug, mix all the ingredients (except the pistachios) until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.
  2. Cook 1 minute in microwave.
  3. Add the pistachios on and wait a little and taste without risk of burning the tongue.
